    Notarization and apostille of the corporate documents:  $350   (Only for package 1 )

The charges for the state fees had increased after 1st or April, 2009 to HKD2450 whereas it was HKD450 (increased by ~$260)

Package 2 With Nominee Service: US$: 1,990   (+$260 temporarily increased state fee)

    Certified and Apostilled Power Of Attorney  $250   (Only for package 2 )

HK Bank account at HSBC: $499 +$300 Initial deposit    (Only available for package 2 )
    I need Internet Banking and I authorize the nominee director to collect the passwords to
        forward to me. Bank may require an initial deposit of ~$600, and you'll have to send the balance directly to the account, after the account will be opened.

	Within 1 working day, documents will be sent to you for signature, by email, local courier or overseas courier, or in accordance with your instruction.

step 7	Our job - Filing documents
	Company selected from ready-made company list: Within 5 working days, Company name invented by you: Around 14 working days, depend on government speed.  File necessary documents to the Government and obtain Business Registration Certificate.

 

Mail Forwarding from Hong Kong ($300) We can arrange for any letters addressed to your Company to be forwarded on to you at an address you specify. Please check below only if you DO want mail forwarding. Mail Forwarding from Hong Kong - US$300 payable annually in advance, plus the actual cost of postage. We take a US$100 deposit to cover and then invoice for a further sum when this is used up. Delivery

Delivery Details Courier delivery of documents US$100 Please provide us with a Name and Address for delivery of the Company Kit. This can be anywhere in the world and can itself be a mail drop address if you require additional privacy. Please note however that because we normally deliver by Courier, we must have a full street address. A P.O. Box or General Delivery address will not suffice. If you do insist on a P.O. Box or a General Delivery address, your Company documents will be sent to you by ordinary mail. If this happens, delivery by sea-mail can be lengthy - several weeks in fact. If any banking facilities are required, your name and street address are a must.
