Standard Mail Forwarding Costs: Mail is forwarded to you in an unmarked envelope with a PO Box as the return address.
The mail will be forwarded daily, weekly, or monthly.
  Forwarding cost: 50 cents per piece plus postage. Additional costs apply for couriers, customs, and additional paperwork

Clients receive their own direct dial 212 phone number that works as an answering machine.
We can record the greeting if the client requires a "local" accent. Voice messages are delivered to their email inbox as a .wav file. The subject line of the email sent with the message can be customized for resellers, for example: Voice Message delivery from Company XYZ. This service is also available in most major US cities.

Fax number with fax forwarding via email: $300 Per Year
Clients receive their own dedicated 212 fax number to receive faxes on. Fax messages are delivered to their email inbox as a .tiff file. The subject line of the email sent with the message can be customized for resellers, for example: Fax Message delivery from Company XYZ.
This service is also available in most major US cities.

Live Answering to Voice Mail: $700 for 6 months ($100/month + $100 deposit)
Client receives a 212 Manhattan number that is answered in their company's name 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The live operator will be able to provide callers with the clients address, cell phone, or fax number upon request. The operator answers the call and transfers it your clients personalized voice mail box.
We can also have this greeting recorded. To retrieve messages, the client would dial a 212 New York number to listen to their messages:
$100 per month for transferring up to 100 messages. Each additional message is $1
$100 deposit required
Minimum contract 6 months.
 

Live Answering to Email: $850 for 6 months ($125/month + $100 deposit)
Client receives a 212 Manhattan number that is answered live in their company's name 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The operator will be able to provide callers with the clients address, cell phone, or fax number upon request. The operator answers the call, takes the message, and the message will be emailed to the client.
$125 per month for transferring up to 80 messages. Each additional message is $1
