Standard authorized capital is just in paper and there is no timeframe specified in the law for the payment of the capital of the company, it is basically left to he shareholders to decide this.
If you want to incorporate a company with an
authorized capital of $500.000 the incorporation costs increases with $400 and with $800 for a capital of $1 Million,

Accommodation Address & Mail Forwarding

  Mail Forwarding from Panama to your address (letters only): US$400 / year + $50 first deposit.
I would like to subscribe to one year of Mail Forwarding Services.  This includes a Corporate Mail Box and Physical Address for my entity in Panama City, Panama to receive mail or courier packages.  I understand that the corporations mail and courier packages will be forwarded to me per my instructions. Courier or post mail forwarding costs will be billed periodically. 

Courier or post mail forwarding costs will be billed to the corporation as these costs are incurred, which vary according to the method and frequency in which you would like your mail forwarded to you. Generally, sending courier packages costs around US$50, depending on what country they are sent to. Post mail costs can vary from country to country, but generally not more than around US$5 to US$10 per package, depending on the weight and size.

Corporate Bank Accounts

Nominee signatory services:
For those clients that prefer to remain 100% anonymous without revealing their personal names to the bank, we offer nominee signatory services for additional confidentiality. In this case, we will provide one of our nominee directors as signatory for your corporate account. When you need to execute a transaction through your corporate account, you simply contact us with your request, and we will process it for you. We charge a US$1000 (or 1%, which ever is higher) annual administration fee for nominee signatory services.

Please set up a Corporate Bank account using nominee directors and nominee signatory.
( US$500 set up fee +US$1000 Nominee signatory services).
Please send me applications for a Corporate Bank Account using my own directors and/or signatory.  ( US$500 set up fee).

If you would like an account at another bank, please advise us separately by e-mail with all the details and we will try to make the necessary arrangements. Fees may vary from those quoted here.

Additional Corporate Accounts & Agreements:

Please send me an “Investment Advisor Contract” to document my relationship with my corporation (or foundation) as Investment Advisor.  (Additional US$150).

Please send me a “General Manager Contract” to document my relationship with my corporation (or foundation) as General Manager.  (Additional US$150).

Please send me a "Private Annuity Contract" to document the initial transfer to my Corporation as a purchase of a Private Annuity from my corporation. (Additional US$150).

Please send me "Foundation Donation Forms" document the initial transfer to my Foundation as a Donation. (10 donation forms are included for a total of US$150).

Delivery Details

Please provide us with a Name and Address for delivery of the Company Kit. This can be anywhere in the world and can itself be a mail drop address if you require additional privacy. Please note however that because we normally deliver by Courier, we must have a full street address. A P.O. Box or General Delivery address will not suffice. If you do insist on a P.O. Box or a General Delivery address, your Company documents will be sent to you by ordinary mail. If this happens, delivery by sea-mail can be lengthy - several weeks in fact. If any banking facilities are required, your name and street address are a must.
