Please note: Due to the
global nature of our business, we have a strict 'full payment with order'
policy. We regret that we cannot help with credit and suggest that if you have
a 'ready cash' problem you make your own arrangements.
We are able to take payment by the following methods:
Wire Transfer From Your Bank using the SWIFT
system.
Orders by e-mail/fax (in: USD -
preferred); also: beneficiary must be held free from banking charges; other
major currencies: 2% conversion surcharge.
This method is what we recommend (and prefer) and is used by over 95% of our
Clients.
Payment by wire transfer is normally quick and clears through to our account
within 3 to 4 working days, but there are sometimes delays where a week or
more can go by without us being notified - this is usually the result of
several intermediary banks being involved in the transfer. If you are
concerned, please ask us to double check with our bank whilst you do the same
with yours.
Please go to our Wire Transfer Instructions Form, it
contains full details of our own bank account. Whilst most banks will require
the information transferring on to their own form, this will give all the
information required in a very clear way. Your bank will do the rest.
Western Union:- US$ 25 surcharge.
IMPORTANT: Please
contact us
before sending any payment, and
wait for our instructions.
Orders by post/fax with payment by
airmail including you check or cash. Your order will be fulfilled once your
payment has cleared into our account - pretty much immediately where cash
(notes only), Banker's Drafts, Certified Checks, Traveler's Cheques or
International Money Orders are concerned - with a variable delay where
corporate or personal checks are concerned. We have known of delays of up to
six weeks for some personal checks drawn on small, local banks to clear the
system. If you wish to pay by cash or check, we would recommend you send the
order and payment by registered delivery (recorded is not sufficient), even by
courier for security, but please be prepared to wait for checks to clear.
Postal delivery to London is generally very good, but delays can occur at peak
holiday seasons, so please allow up to 20/30 days from posting before you
shout at us!
Credit Cards +
7% processing fee.
We accept:
Secure Online Ordering, Phone Orders, and Fax Orders,
PayPal, Discover/Novus, Amex, Diners, Master Card, VISA, Solo, Switch, JCB,
Connect, Eurocard, Delta, UK and US checks, USD wires against Proformas.
A WORD OF WARNING: When paying for
offshore services by credit card, there is a paper trail left which could be
followed back to you. Unless you've already set up an untraceable account,
there's not a great deal you can do about this!
NOTE: In order to combat credit card fraud, we do not commence the processing
of any order until full authentication and clearance has been obtained on all
cards used.
Because we are not an on-line merchant we have to authorize credit card
payments through our bank. This usually takes 1 working day.
NOTE: At the foot of all our order forms there is a selection box for
you to indicate to us how you are paying. We will confirm receipt of all
payments, however made, within 1 working day of that receipt.
